HPA Cancellation policy

We understand that circumstances may arise which require the cancellation our Housing Placement Assistance service that you have booked. Our cancellation policy is designed to ensure fairness and provide clarity regarding the cancellation process.

1. Cancellation Period: You are entitled to cancel the HPA service within a specific period, which is determined based on the nature of the service and will be clearly communicated to you during the booking process. This period begins from the date and time of your booking confirmation.

2. Cancellation Fees: In the event of a cancellation, we may apply cancellation fees based on the timing of the cancellation and the expenses incurred by our service providers. These fees are intended to cover any costs associated with the cancellation and are outlined as follows:

a. Cancellation made up to 12 hours after services ordered: A cancellation fee of 10% of the total service cost will be applied, and the remaining amount will be refunded to you.

b. Cancellation made after 12 hours after services ordered: No refund will be provided, and the full service cost will be charged.

3. Cancellation Procedure: To initiate a cancellation, please contact our customer support team through the designated channels (preferrably per email since the time stamp on your email counts as moment described under [2]) specified during the booking process. Provide them with the necessary information, including your booking reference number, and they will guide you through the cancellation process. Please note that cancellations are not considered valid until you receive a confirmation from our team.

4. Refund Process: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation. The refund will be issued using the original payment method used during the booking unless otherwise agreed upon.

5. Modifications and Rescheduling: If you wish to modify or reschedule your service instead of canceling, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Depending on availability and the specific circumstances, we will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, please note that modifications or rescheduling may be subject to additional fees.

6. Force Majeure: In case of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, severe weather conditions, or other force majeure events, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services without any penalties or liabilities.

Please note that this cancellation policy applies to our standard services. Different cancellation terms may apply to special promotions, group bookings, or customized services. These terms will be communicated to you at the time of booking.
