Welcome to NL Terms and Conditions

At Student Housing Hunter, we offer a supportive policy for Welcome to NL services provided to our clients. The following terms and conditions apply:

Scope Of The Policy

1.1 This policy only applies:

• to the Welcome to NL service, under the condition that;

• this policy is explicitly agreed upon in writing between Student Housing Hunter and the client.

Refund Eligibility

2.1 If the client receives no SHH service agreement regarding a listing or any similar listing within 72 hours to sign, no commission or fee will be charged to the client, and any paid funds returned which befall under this policy.

2.2 If the client pays the fee and the accommodation is rented out within 72 hours by another party, the client will receive a full refund.

2.3 The client will receive the paid SHH commission or fee back if the client withdraws within 72 hours of starting the ‘Welcome to NL’-booking or when the accommodation is booked by another party after 72 hours, counted from the moment they receive the SHH service agreement; however, an administration fee of €450 excl. VAT will be invoiced.

Cancellation Policy

3.1 The service agreement is for a fixed period and cannot be cancelled by the client. If the client wishes to cancel the service agreement, a cancellation fee of €1450 excl. VAT will be invoiced.
