Welcome to NL Terms and Conditions
At Student Housing Hunter, we offer a supportive policy for Welcome to NL services provided to our clients. The following terms and conditions apply:
Scope Of The Policy
1.1 This policy only applies:
• to the Welcome to NL service, under the condition that;
• this policy is explicitly agreed upon in writing between Student Housing Hunter and the client.
Refund Eligibility
2.1 If the client receives no SHH service agreement regarding a listing or any similar listing within 72 hours to sign, no fee will be charged to the client, and any paid funds returned which befall under this policy.
2.2 If the client pays the fee and the accommodation is rented out within 72 hours by another party, the client will receive a full refund.
2.3 The client is eligible for a partial refund of the paid SHH fee under the following conditions:
The client withdraws within 72 hours after both:
The start of the ‘Welcome to NL’ booking process, and
Signing the SHH service agreement;
OR
The selected accommodation is booked by another party after the 72-hour period has passed.
In both cases, a non-refundable administrative fee of €450 (excluding 21% VAT) will be deducted from the SHH fee to cover processing and handling costs.
Cancellation Policy
3.1 The service agreement is entered into for a fixed term and is not subject to early termination by the client. In the event that the client prematurely terminates the service agreement for any reason, all remaining monthly service fees for the originally agreed term shall become immediately due and payable. This clause only applies if a recurring monthly fee for services is part of the agreement.
Exception:
If the client terminates their current accommodation but rents another accommodation with a service contract from SHH, the cancellation fee will not be applicable. In such cases, the service contract will be transferred to the new accommodation, and the new end date will align with the rental agreement of the new property.
